All of our food is prepared in a fully licensed commercial kitchen. In fact, our location by DFW airport has always received an “A” from the city health inspector. We stress cleanliness and hygiene standards, no shortcuts. We are fully insured ($1,000,000 liability policy) and all employees hold state of Texas food handlers certifications. Our staff is not minimum wage, in fact we pay $20-30 an hour to our professional staff. Employing the same staff for many years allows us to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients! Keep in mind, many similar “ businesses” are backyard cooks doing this part time and do not have insurance or the quality controls that Fort Worth BBQ Catering has in place.
